Writing is an experience. Let’s make it
a good one.
The Academic Audit
This introductory package is perfect for you if:
You are staring at a blank page: You have done the research, but you are struggling to find the "hook" or structure for your journal article, book chapter, or dissertation.
You are facing an impending deadline: You have a major submission date looming (grant proposal, tenure review, graduation) and cannot afford to waste time spinning your wheels.
You feel like an imposter: You second-guess every sentence, overcomplicate your arguments, and worry your writing isn't "academic enough."
You lack a consistent routine: You only write in exhausting "binge sessions" and want to build a sustainable, guilt-free daily habit.
You need objective, expert feedback: Your peers are too busy with their own workloads, and you want an experienced editor to look at your work without judgment.
You want results without the long-term commitment.
Who It is Not For
Scholars looking for a quick proofreader: This is a strategic coaching and structural session, not a basic grammar check or copyediting service.
Writers who aren't ready to take action: This requires a willingness to implement feedback and change your writing habits immediately.
One-time Investment: $249
The Momentum Guarantee: Sign up for long-term coaching within 24 hours of our session, and the full $249 will be credited directly toward your monthly tuition.

The Academic Audit package begins with a comprehensive intake questionnaire to pinpoint your specific writing roadblocks, imposter syndrome triggers, and scheduling challenges before we meet. You’ll also submit a strategic sample of up to 5 pages of your current draft (journal article, book chapter, or grant proposal) for my eyes only.
-
Once I have had a chance to review your materials, we will meet for a 60-minute strategy session where we will dissect your argument’s structure, identify any problems with voice, and trim any fluff. We’ll also pinpoint exactly why you are stuck, whether it’s a structural logic gap, fear of peer review, or a messy schedule, and we’ll find a solution together.
-
After our session, you’ll receive:
A marked-up copy of your 5-page submission with detailed developmental comments, structural suggestions, and phrasing adjustments.
A personalized, step-by-step calendar detailing exactly what to write, revise, and focus on over the next 4 weeks to maintain momentum.
The First 50
A masterclass in momentum for your opening chapters.
Most books are won or lost in the first 50 pages. This is a high-impact intensive review and feedback to ensure your hook is sharp, and your voice is undeniable, before you write the rest.
This package is designed to get you moving forward with a purpose and a plan.
This intensive package is perfect for you if:
