  • The Academic Audit package begins with a comprehensive intake questionnaire to pinpoint your specific writing roadblocks, imposter syndrome triggers, and scheduling challenges before we meet. You’ll also submit a strategic sample of up to 5 pages of your current draft (journal article, book chapter, or grant proposal) for my eyes only.

  • Once I have had a chance to review your materials, we will meet for a 60-minute strategy session where we will dissect your argument’s structure, identify any problems with voice, and trim any fluff. We’ll also pinpoint exactly why you are stuck, whether it’s a structural logic gap, fear of peer review, or a messy schedule, and we’ll find a solution together.

  • After our session, you’ll receive:

    • A marked-up copy of your 5-page submission with detailed developmental comments, structural suggestions, and phrasing adjustments.

Four to six months of support and accountability.

  • Bi-Monthly Coaching Calls: We’ll meet twice a month (60 minutes) to map out writing sprints, solve structural logic gaps, and overcome imposter syndrome.

  • Continuous Editorial Feedback: Submit up to 3,000 words every two weeks for structural, developmental editing (not just basic proofreading).

  • Asynchronous Email Support: Mon–Thu access for quick questions, mindset checks, or when you get stuck on a specific paragraph..

  • Detailed Developmental Review: A deep-dive developmental edit of the complete, finalized manuscript before you submit it to a journal or publisher.
